Role: Business Systems Analyst – Documentation

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

No. of Positions: 1

1. Analyze business processes, identify system requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Gather and document requirements, document platform details, map business processes, and work with other teams to capture relevant information. Create business flow diagrams.
3. Experience with Confluence and JIRA is required. Must be able to ramp up quickly and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
