Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of business changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process mapping.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers.
  • Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes as needed.
  • Participate in solution design sessions and help define KPIs and success metrics.
  • Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans, validating results, and ensuring solutions meet requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, report on issues, and assist with risk management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
