JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join a leading financial institution in Toronto, ON on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will lead business requirements gathering with cross-functional teams, collaborate with PMO, technical leads, and business stakeholders to define scope and objectives, analyze current workflows and identify transition plans for Azure-based solutions, translate complex technical concepts into clear business language, and maintain clear documentation. This role is 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial industry

-Involvement in Azure cloud migration projects/programs

-Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

-Able to work 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON
