Insight Global is looking for a business analyst to join a leading toy and entertainment company on a contract basis. Supporting a large SAP migration project, the SAP Operations IT Business Analyst (IT BA) plays a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions that optimize operational processes. This role requires expertise in SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. The IT BA will focus on enhancing operational workflows such as supply chain, procurement, and inventory management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
