Business Analyst (CPA designation and accounting background Required)

Plan and coordinate projects related to organizational strategy, process improvement, or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document business requirements through formal and informal methods, including interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of communication, bridging the gap between technical teams, end users, and leadership across different organizational levels.
• Alignment & Integration: Ensure process alignment across various business units and supporting teams.
• Specification Development: Translate broad organizational goals and high-level objectives into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Quality Assurance Support: Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in developing test plans and executing testing; evaluate and communicate the impact of changes across the organization.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

• Financial/Accounting Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with financial structures, specifically related to the design and management of foundational accounting frameworks (e.g., Chart of Accounts).
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of tailoring messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data Analysis Proficiency: Advanced practical skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
• Data Conceptual Understanding: Fundamental knowledge of relational data concepts (e.g., tables, fields, keys, joins, and lookup mechanisms).
• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the specified country.
