Job Title: Business Analyst – Intraday Liquidity Program

Location: Toronto / Hybrid

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts (BAs) and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to support our Intraday Liquidity Program. The ideal candidates will have strong domain knowledge in cash movement, liquidity, collateral management, and trading products across multiple banking lines of business. This role requires a deep understanding of front, middle, and back-office functions, along with the ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical and functional requirements.

Job Summary
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of cash movement processes in a banking environment (e.g., payments, transfers, settlements).
  • Solid knowledge of liquidity and collateral management principles and systems.
  • Experience with trading products (e.g., securities, derivatives, FX, money markets) across capital markets, retail banking, wealth management, or commercial banking.
  • Understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations and their interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to document business processes, use cases, and data flows clearly and comprehensively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
