  • Are an effective communicator, both written and verbal, able to translate complex needs into clear documentation
  • Comfortable working across business and technical teams, acting as a translator between stakeholders and developers
  • Bring a solution-focused mindset, seeking practical paths forward when challenges arise
  • Care deeply about accuracy and quality in your work

  • 3+ years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proven ability to analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation
  • Experience managing project timelines and supporting delivery milestones
  • Ability to ensure requirements meet success criteria

Additional Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Software or Technology in Quality Assurance or Testing
  • Experience with AI or Automation projects
  • Project management experience or background supporting project delivery
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
