The Role

The Business Analyst will play a critical role gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to develop actionable insights for the business. You will be instrumental in operationalizing how data can be presented in a scalable and efficient manner, as well as building insights from your analysis. You will present insights to stakeholders across all levels and areas of the Coaching Services Team.

The Team

The role reports directly to the VP of Coach Operations with a strong line into the Chief Coaching Officer.

What You'll Do
  1. Work with key coaching services stakeholders to define and prioritize reporting and data analysis needs.
  2. Analyze key data sets to extract trends and insights to drive operational efficiency across the Coaching Services function.
  3. Present information in a scalable and consistent way.
  4. Effectively communicate insights back to the Coaching Services leadership team for action.
  5. Partner with product, data engineering, and other stakeholders to access required data.
  6. Create dashboards, reports, charts, and presentations for non-data savvy audiences.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for monthly and quarterly operational reviews.
  8. Own the quarterly coach engagement survey analysis.
  9. Train team members on using reporting tools and dashboards efficiently.
About you
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial or business analysis.
  • Preferred background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or Statistics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to motivate others and lead change.
  • A passion for creating solutions and a positive attitude towards change.
  • Interest in business and business development.
  • Good understanding of information technology.
