Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2 years of experience within Banking or Payments.
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, documentation & system integration.
• Experience documenting both business and technical requirements/specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence.
• Experience with data mapping and data lineage across upstream and downstream systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear, structured artifacts for development and implementation teams.
• Experience managing requirements, user stories & tasks.
• Experience supporting SIT & UAT, including test scenarios, requirement clarification and defect triage.
• Ability to manage and align multiple business & technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.
