The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded operator to lead one of the most important initiatives at Borderless AI : expanding our ability to act as a true EOR in 180+ countries while making sure our payroll and payment execution is world-class in any currently operated countries.
Today, our core EOR capabilities are live in a select number of countries. For the rest, we rely on third-party partners. This role is about changing that — by spearheading the operational infrastructure, compliance frameworks, vendor transitions, and legal and payment foundations needed for Borderless AI to operate directly and compliantly around the world.
In countries where we already operate, your mission is to level up how we work - process, tooling, technology and reporting - you’ll own this end to end to build a scalable and resilient payments machine that continues to be best in class in our industry.
This isn’t about maintaining the status quo — it’s about helping to architect the next phase of a global HR platform. It’s a highly cross-functional role with direct business impact and a massive opportunity for growth.
