Salary: This position starts at $75,000 per year and increases to $103,205 per year, over a 10-year period. This salary range incorporates experience, yearly salary increments to reward years of service, employee growth and development within the organization.

Purpose of the job
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead process improvements, drive automation, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
This role will be responsible for leading requirements gathering, solution design and selection, and implementation of key business systems, such as a fee-for-service client management system and other critical platforms. The goal is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while ensuring seamless adoption by staff and leadership.
Beyond this high-impact initiative, you will also develop Power BI dashboards, conduct business analysis, and drive process improvements across multiple areas.
