The goal is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while ensuring seamless adoption by staff and leadership.

Beyond this high-impact initiative, you will also develop Power BI dashboards, conduct business analysis, and drive process improvements across multiple areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights and track project progress.
  • Gather and document business requirements, process workflows, and system specifications to guide implementation.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform process improvements and decision-making.
  • Manage and support project implementation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and compliance requirements.
  • Work within a unionized, non-profit environment, ensuring that system changes align with funding requirements, labor agreements, and organizational policies.
  • Provide training and change management support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Communicate analysis results effectively to senior management, leadership teams, and stakeholders.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, or Public Administration).
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management, ideally in a funded non-profit and/or unionized environment.

  • Proven ability to independently plan, prioritize, and manage complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels of management, including executive level.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in Power BI and other data visualization tools for dashboard creation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and SQL (e.g., writing queries, creating joins, and working with relational databases), or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with client management systems and workforce management systems.
