Days, 8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst in the Clinical Systems Department, you will bring practical business knowledge to the organization by supporting system support, enhancement and improvements within a clinical area as it related to the use of the clinical technology solutions in place. the course of your duties, you will be required to:

  • Collect and analyze business processes and requirements;
  • Review, recommend and select appropriate system solutions;
  • Assists in the development and monitoring of systems, structures, and practices in place to meet quality control and quality assurance standards;
  • Prepare, edit and maintain workflows, processes and procedures and documentation;
  • Develops communication deliverables in support of business areas and change adoption.


What You Will Bring

  • University degree and/or college plus equivalent experience in a relevant discipline;
  • Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in Information Systems;
  • Experience in performing business process analysis and ability to identify areas for business improvement;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • A flexible and adaptable team player that is service and deliverables oriented;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Visio;
  • Ability to facilitate working sessions with user community and obtain agreed to functional/design requirements;
  • Ability to deliver within scope agreed to functional/design requirements;
  • Ability to Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs/ foster client ties/ manage client expectations effectively;
  • Eligible to work in Canada.


You will stand out with:

  • Experience in developing procedures;
  • Strong business process modeling and process re-engineering skills;
  • Experience with implementation of systems in clinical environment;
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience in leading projects in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with QA testing and validation of functional requirements;
  • Experience documenting and tracking functional issues;
  • Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
