JOB SUMMARY

This person will play a crucial role in optimizing organizational processes, driving project success, and ensuring efficient business operations. This multifaceted role involves analyzing business needs, overseeing projects, and streamlining operational workflows to enhance overall productivity and achieve strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analysis :

Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, systems, and requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.

Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and process flows.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

Project Management :

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.

Mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely project status reports.

Operations Management :

Streamline and optimize day-to-day business operations for maximum efficiency.

Implement best practices to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across department

Communication and Collaboration :

Facilitate effective communication between business units, project teams, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Provide regular updates on project statuses, operational metrics, and key business insights.

Quality Assurance :

Establish and enforce quality standards for projects and operational processes.

Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and operations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Solid understanding of business operations, process optimization, and performance metrics

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams

Familiarity with project management tools and business analysis software

Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Thorough understanding of IT procedures and practices

Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry

Must have the ability to travel internationally
