Collect requirements, create flow diagrams, generate one-page summary slides on key requirements, produce business process documentation.
User Stories and Design:
Convert user requirements into user stories (maintained in Jira) that can be groomed and included in upcoming development sprints.
The candidate should have experience with standard Kanban and Scrum methodologies for managing a backlog of stories and should be well versed in user story formats, test cases, and success criteria.
The candidate should also have experience with user interface wireframes, documenting application behavior, data analysis, and business rules.
Testing:
Assist in the creation of system and user acceptance test plans as well as executing the plans or coordinating their execution.
Training:
Coordination and support of training program work with business areas and training departments to develop and deploy multi-channel training as needed.
Support:
Assist in the investigation and resolution of day-to-day production support requests for existing applications.
Project Management:
Candidate should be well-versed in project management tasks, such as developing a project plan/work breakdown structure, compiling project status reports for management, managing scope, and setting project governance models.
Experience with different requirements gathering techniques (ex. gap analysis, cross-functional process flows, use case modeling).
Strong documentation skills for all aspects of a project life cycle (requirements, design, testing).
Demonstration of process and/or system ownership in one or more of the following areas.
Workforce planning & budgeting, capital budgeting, IT funding request management, cash/fiscal planning, or other financial management processes related to tracking planned and actual spend.
