Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst based in Montreal to support the Modern Desktop Program. This role will be instrumental in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of desktop modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and operations to drive alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze current desktop infrastructure and identify areas for improvement and modernization.
• Support the planning and execution of the Modern Desktop Program workstreams.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery across regions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of desktop infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
