Consultant - Business Analyst

1 year Contract

Hybrid in Mississauga

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder (both business and IT) interactions to define business requirements in a hospitality services environment, defining both customer and internal user needs. Development, validations, and prioritization of user stories. Guiding development and testing team members in creation of products that meet business needs and objectives.
• Experience within hospitality and with hospitality products. while gaining confidence with the business from the initial engagements.
• This role requires a dynamic individual to scope broad across the various application areas (customer and internal user experiences).
• Interacting with and managing business and IT stakeholder relationship
• Ability to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency within own work areas is a plus.
