Job description

Infosys is seeking Life science Consultant - Veeva Vault – RIM with proven requirement gathering skills and experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on technical workshops.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates should be in or willing to relocate to Mississauga, ON. The role may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in information technology.
• Applicants authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visas are welcome; note that Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Veeva products and project management.
• Interest in management consulting with regular travel.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in technology and performance testing, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and understanding of medical affairs processes related to sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business areas is advantageous.
• Configure and support Registrations and Archive modules, ensuring reliability and security.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance data vectorization and AI capabilities.
• Coordinate between Business System Owner, Product Owner, and Technology Owner.
• Engage in DevOps activities, environment management, and unit testing.
• Assist in data remediation, analyze Veeva release notes, and prepare IT deliverables such as configuration specifications, design documents, and validation plans.
• Develop scripts for deployment, coordinate with IT and QA teams, and ensure compliance with CSV standards.
• Manage environment implementation, conduct stakeholder meetings, and document requirements and design specifications.

The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via phone, email, or face-to-face.

Estimated annual compensation in Ontario: $89,004 to $115,491.
