Infosys is seeking a Life science Consultant - Veeva Vault – RIM with proven requirement gathering skills and experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on technical workshops.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates need to be in or willing to relocate to Mississauga, ON, with potential travel requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in information technology.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva products and project management.
• Interest in working in a management consulting environment with travel.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with technology management, performance testing, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and understanding of medical affairs processes.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business areas is an advantage.
• Configure and support Registrations and Archive modules, ensuring reliability and security.
• Work with stakeholders to optimize data and enable AI capabilities.
• Liaise with Business System, Product, and Technology Owners.
• Develop DevOps activities, manage Veeva environments, and drive testing and process exercises.
• Assist in data remediation, analyze Veeva releases, and prepare IT deliverables such as configuration specifications, design documents, and validation plans.
• Coordinate with ITQS/QA teams, Lorenz, and Veeva for environment setup and project updates.
• Gather requirements, prepare implementation plans, and document system designs and integrations.

The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via phone, email, or face-to-face.

Estimated Compensation

Ontario: $89,004 to $115,491 annually.
