Canada Life is seeking a Business Analyst to support business acquisition through data, reporting, and process improvements. The role combines technical data knowledge with business insight to enable efficient workflows and strategic initiatives.
You will build dashboards, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions match business needs while contributing to testing and implementation planning. Fluency in English/French is an asset, with security clearance required.

The Business Analyst plays an important role that supports business acquisition. The role is responsible for delivering data and reporting, identifying and realizing efficiencies and supporting the analysis of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
This role combines technical knowledge of the various systems/data and a business understanding of what those details mean in order to build and maintain effective ways of working and support strategic initiatives.
The base salary for this position is between $60,000 - $89,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
