We are working with a leading global insurance company to find an experienced Business Analyst to support a diverse and dynamic pipeline of projects. These projects include the implementation of advanced CRM systems, development of innovative digital insurance portals, and much more.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the insurance landscape by driving technological advancements and improving customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design effective solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 5+ years of BA experience, in Life Insurance/P&C Insurance/Financial Services
• Experience supporting CRM projects (preferably in Microsoft Dynamics)
• Agile project management experience
• Experience in Data Mapping
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience of MyPolicy is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and improve customer interactions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure project success.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
