Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst for Real Estate and Governance activities within the REWS Team.
The position will split time 50/50 between:
- Supporting the Real Estate Transactions team with portfolio management activities such as lease management and accounting, analytical support of lease & sale transactions.
- Supporting the REWS Governance team with project planning, tracking, and data management related to building assets, US Utilities integration, OCM, and communications support.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Transaction Support & Financial Coordination
- Assist with lease payment automation and ERP cutover planning.
- Collaborate with Finance and REWS to align Tango and Oracle data flows.
- Support lease accounting processes.
- Facilitate Real Estate AP & AR processes.
- Support real estate transactions – lease & sale.
Asset & Maintenance Operations
- Project planning and data support for 2026 Printer Support Transition from REWS to TIS.
- Cutover planning support for data management, invoicing, printers, plotters, faxes.
- Provide support to manage ongoing site cutovers, ongoing change management, communications, and printer transitions.
- Support transition of maintenance work orders from SAP to Tango.
- Help with Tango implementation activities — UAT testing, training, and Go Live for maintenance and lease modules.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Liaise with HR to align onboarding/offboarding processes with IWMS data.
- Participate in USUI PMO and IPMO meetings to track RAID items and TSA milestones.
- Support change management, training documentation, and business readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
- Strong understanding of facilities operations, asset management, and lease administration.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and data integration workflows.
- Proficiency in IWMS platforms such as Tango and ServiceNow.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Good financial acumen.
- Familiarity with UAT planning, training development, and change management.
