Job Title: Strategic Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a blend of strong critical thinking, strategic vision, and hands-on technical expertise across data and analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with our strategic goals and support our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Provide strategic input into the design and architecture of data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SuccessFactors, Power BI, and SQL.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with long-term strategic goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Support agile Sprint management and participate in daily stand-ups and review meetings.
• Mentor and support team members, including providing guidance on technical and strategic aspects of projects.
• Ensure solutions are AI-ready and support self-service capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with a strong technical background.
• Expertise in data and analytics, including experience with SuccessFactors, Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and align solutions with long-term goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing data and analytics solutions that support AI and self-service capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HANA, Python, and other relevant technologies.
• Previous experience in setting up a data and analytics Center of Excellence (COE).
• Familiarity with large language models and AI-driven solutions.
