Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Business Analyst will support Wing Group’s growth by developing and maintaining documentation standards, producing clear technical documentation, and supporting requirement gathering through structured recordkeeping. This role ensures all documentation related to business systems—such as feature documentation, standards, process flows, and SOPs—is accurate, current, and accessible. High-quality documentation facilitates team alignment, regulatory compliance, and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Standardize documentation templates, naming conventions, and repositories.
  • Maintain user guides, technical specs, integration diagrams, change logs, and functional documents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to document features, workflows, APIs, and logic.
  • Manage a central knowledge base adhering to governance standards.
  • Ensure documentation accessibility and usability.
  • Conduct regular audits for completeness and standards compliance.
System Administration and Analytics
  • Serve as SME for ERP modules.
  • Gather and analyze ERP needs, recommend system improvements.
  • Implement system changes, customizations, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and develop custom programs.
  • Create user interfaces to improve usability.
  • Stay updated on ERP releases and industry trends.
  • Extract and analyze system data, prepare reports, and provide insights using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales, inventory, labor, and billing.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with management to document governance frameworks.
  • Define standards, naming conventions, and data dictionaries.
  • Improve documentation quality through peer reviews.
  • Train stakeholders on documentation best practices.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT or business analysis.
  • Working towards IIBA certification.
  • Experience in process modeling, requirements gathering, solution evaluation, API integrations, and software testing.
