Responsibilities
- Evaluate Current Processes: Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Centralize Functions: Develop a cohesive model for managing operational services and procurement processes across multiple departments and locations.
- Enhance Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness: Streamline operations, optimize budgets, and implement tools or strategies to reduce redundancies while maintaining quality.
- Strengthen Team Structure: Propose a unified team framework to manage centralized functions effectively.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, gather insights, and secure support for proposed changes.
- Deliver Actionable Recommendations: Provide a clear roadmap for achieving operational efficiency and centralization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis, or operational optimization.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
