Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will work with an agile team, product owner, and directly with customers and stakeholders to drive user stories, use cases, and system requirements. You will assist the Product Owner in detailing user stories, prioritizing, and defining product workflows. Collaboration with developers, testers, and UX designers will be essential. Comfort demonstrating software to stakeholders is required. Healthcare knowledge, through clinical training or healthcare environment experience, is important.

What We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge of Healthcare and Healthcare IT
  • Experience as a business analyst, clinical informaticist, or system analyst
  • Skills in documenting business requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interpret regulatory documents and translate to business requirements
  • Attention to detail balanced with business realities
