Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Bus Systems Analyst V for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Sr. Business Process Intelligence Capability Manager, the ARIS Functional Configuration Specialist will customize and manage the ARIS platform to align with specific business needs and organizational standards.
- This includes configuring ARIS Connect Portal, managing ARIS database configurations, customizing models and templates, and integrating ARIS with other systems.
- Customizing ARIS Connect Portal: Configuring role-based access, dashboards, and content sharing within the portal.
- ARIS Database Configuration: Managing templates, object libraries, and mass import/export of objects and attributes.
- Customizing Models and Templates: Aligning ARIS models, templates, and method filters with organizational standards and business process requirements.
- Integrating ARIS with Other Systems: Implementing solutions that integrate ARIS with third-party systems like SharePoint, SAP, and document management platforms.
- Developing Reports and Macros: Creating custom reports, macros, queries, and semantic checks to address specific client needs.
Requirements:
- BPM experience
- JavaScript / SQL / Coding skills
- System configuration knowledge
- Requirement gathering experience
- Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst experience
- Nice to Have: ARIS highly preferred
- ARIS Expertise: Advanced to expert proficiency in ARIS capabilities, including ARIS Functional Consulting, ARIS Methods & Conventions, and ARIS Process Governance.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Good organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Business Process Management: Strong experience in business process transformation and governance.
- Strong technical skills: Experience with ARIS software, or similar process management systems, is highly desirable.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent customer service skills: Ability to build rapport with users, address their concerns, and provide high-quality support.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
