An established educational institution is seeking Relief School Bus Drivers to ensure the safe transportation of students in the Kamloops area. This role requires a valid Class 2 Driver's License with an Air Brake Endorsement, along with a commitment to safety and discipline. As a vital part of the transportation team, you will operate a school bus, conduct pre-trip inspections, and maintain a clean and safe environment for students. School District No. 73 (Kamloops-Thompson) is currently accepting applications for Relief School Bus Drivers for the Kamloops area.
The successful applicant must possess a valid Class 2 Drivers license with an Air endorsement and have three years proven previous driving experience. Applicants must be able to successfully complete the School District’s pre-trip evaluation and road test.
Applications should include, but are not limited to, the following information:
Under the minimal supervision of the Director of Transportation, the incumbent is responsible for safely transporting students over assigned routes and for reporting any mechanical failures or accidents.

Relief employees are eligible for Extended Health Benefits at their cost after 100 days worked.
