BUS DRIVER - Consort Area

Prairie Land School Division is seeking a reliable and safety-focused individual to join our transportation team as a Bus Driver in the Consort area. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from Consort School, while providing a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all passengers. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to student safety and well-being.

This is a probationary position to start the first day of the 2026-2027 school year. Previous experience working with children and/or operating a school bus is an asset; however, training opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Applicants must possess a valid Alberta driver's license appropriate for the position, meet all required licensing and safety requirements, and be willing to complete any necessary training. This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in supporting students and families within our rural school communities.

Competition will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Check satisfactory to PLRD prior to commencement.
