MOSAIC is looking for an empathetic leader to manage the Burnaby Language Centre. This full-time position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring client-centered services, and leading a team dedicated to improving the lives of newcomers. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Language Centre Manager assumes overall responsibility for daily program operations,management of human resources, achievement of contractual outcomes, and implementation ofall relevant policies, systems, and procedures for English Language Services as specified in the program delivery agreement. This position oversees instructional delivery and staff, and is part of the MOSAIC Language Leaders Team.

full-time position (35 hours per week). Fixed-term contract until July 27, 2026. Due to centre hours of operation, this position may need to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts as needed.
The successful candidate must be able to commute to our Burnaby Language Centre location 454 & 480 4800 KingswayBurnaby.
COMPENSATION: $69,360.20 - $71,716.84 annual salary
BENEFITS:
A competitive benefits package is provided with contracts of at least 1 year in length and which offer a minimum of 17.5 hours of work per week.
