Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

About The Role: Our Shipper/Receiver ensures the accurate receiving of quality ingredients and shipping of quality Trouw products.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and accurately records incoming ingredients
• Conducts quality checks and performs physical and NIR testing on ingredients and finished products
• Processes shipment of products
• Completes monthly inventory and shortage reports
• Provides support to customers
  
  

Skills And Expertise

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous experience in a grain facility, mill or manufacturing environment required
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Skid steer experience is an asset
• Class 5 driver’s license is an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
  

Expectation from the Role:

• Full-time position with shift work rotation and overtime as required.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Ability to regularly bend, twist, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions, including loud sounds and dust.
