Job summary

BALNEA SPA GmbH in Bromont, QC is hiring a maintenance worker to perform routine site upkeep and repairs at our facilities. The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a secondary school certificate, and the ability to work onsite with physical tasks including lifting up to 9 kg.

You will handle heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical maintenance, clean and disinfect bathrooms, manage landscaping tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years experience
• Must work at the physical location; no remote work
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Ability to handle heavy loads and physical tasks (up to 9 kg)
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks including cleaning, gardening, painting and minor repairs

Responsibilities

• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Perform minor repairs on appliances
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
