Outlet Collection Winnipeg is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for preventive / corrective maintenance on building equipment and general maintenance on interior and exterior of common areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation and appearance of our building and its facilities. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a safe functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for our tenants visitors and employees.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

General maintenance tasks such as drywalling tiling painting and repairing doors as required

Complete routine daily weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks including verifying the operation of and making regular adjustments to the Building Automation System.

Carrying out or overseeing preventive / corrective maintenance on building equipment and related systems

Regularly working with external contractors.

Assisting with set ups and take downs of marketing displays and events.

Responding to tenant requests

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Proficiency in the following trades is desired : painting door / lock repairs drywall minor plumbing basic electrical work and lamp changes

A minimum of 3 years of experience preferably related to a commercial building environment

Other requirements such as interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently and carry out duties under minimal supervision is essential

Must have a valid Manitoba drivers license.

Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel and Word) are assets
