  • Minimum two years of building operating experience
  • Valid 5th class driver’s license
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation, and life safety systems
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to adopt new technology and innovative solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exposure to Office 365 and Power BI (asset)
