Peterson is seeking a Building Operator to join our Commercial Operations team at 4664 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of a commercial property, ensuring all building systems are maintained to a high standard and that tenants experience a safe, efficient, and well-managed environment.

The Building Operator will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, as well as preventative maintenance programs and minor repairs. The role also requires coordination with contractors and vendors, timely response to tenant service requests, and support in maintaining the property’s exterior appearance.
