Reporting to the Building Operations Supervisor, you will develop and manage maintenance programs, perform repairs, and assist with equipment relocations. A Fourth Class Engineer's License and related certifications are required.

Reporting to the Building Operations Supervisor, the Building Operator is responsible for maintaining the operating building systems including routine and preventative maintenance required to ensure all systems are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Salary: $72,362.88 - $79,779.84 annual salary (CUPE-59 2026 Rates)
