Position Summary and Responsibilities :

• Report to the Operations Manager and oversee daily building operations, including maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Provide excellent tenant service, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Ensure building safety and compliance with health and safety standards, including handling hazardous materials.
• Perform system testing, emergency response, and routine inspections.
• Supervise scheduled maintenance and coordinate external contractors.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives and assist with green certifications.
• Perform additional duties as needed, including support for team members and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, technical certifications, and at least 3 years of experience in property management or building systems. Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.
