Job Summary:

The Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in various areas such as buildings, equipment, and grounds. This may include tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and janitorial duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
  • Complete electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the maintenance field.
  • Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts.
