Job summary
Allied is seeking a Building Operator to maintain and operate our urban portfolio in the Greater Toronto area. You will address planned and unplanned HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs while ensuring safety, compliance, and high physical quality across properties.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, you will supervise contractors, support seasonal tasks, and respond to after-hours emergencies to protect tenants and assets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in building operations, maintenance or similar roles with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, adjust, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire safety systems.
