Located in Richmond, British Columbia, Rosewood Manor is a non-profit, intermediate care home dedicated to providing 24-hour nursing care and supervision to 151 residents, with an additional 5 private beds. Our mission is to deliver skilled, diverse, quality care and support to our residents, their families, and the community. The Building Operations Manager is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance service operations according to facility requirements, policies, and objectives. The Building Operations Manager coordinates safety and security programs within the care home. This position supervises designated staff and performs administrative duties, as well as performs skilled journeyman work to the building, grounds, and equipment, such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and painting.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $36 – $39 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.
