Candidates should have a college diploma in a relevant field, five years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience.
• ASP Construction card is an asset.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in building mechanical design (plumbing, heating and ventilation).
• Carry out field surveys and plan surveys.
• Produce drawings and models using AutoCAD and REVIT software.
• Ensure compliance with norms and standards for drawings and models.
• Make site visits to carry out surveys or supervise work.
• Assist in the production of plans and specifications.
