1. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
2. Experience in pool maintenance is an asset.
3. Perform minor repairs on appliances.
4. Perform safety and security checks.
5. Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
