Work Location: On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
2. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
3. Perform minor repairs on appliances.
4. Perform safety and security checks.
5. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
6. Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
7. Work with minimal supervision.
8. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
9. Repair and maintain equipment.
