Job summary

campusliv is seeking a Maintenance Services Representative to keep the building in safe, good working order through preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and coordination with outside contractors. The role involves daily checks, recording inspections, and handling repairs from lighting to basic plumbing and drywall.

The position requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay physically active.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, Recognized College Diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Must be competent with general physical plant repairs.
• Must possess positive attitude towards work and learning.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Daily checks of the building and equipment.
• Preventative maintenance and coordination with outside contractors as needed.
• Repair tasks: replace lights/fixtures, move furniture, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, janitorial duties.
• Maintain records of work and inspections.
• Provide on-call support beyond standard hours.
