Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc. is seeking a CAD/BIM drafting professional in Montreal to prepare engineering designs and drawings for civil and building projects.

The role requires collaboration with engineers and production specialists to meet product requirements, while maintaining accuracy and detail across documentation sets. Hybrid work arrangement is required, combining on-site collaboration with remote tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years experience in drafting or civil engineering CAD/CADD
• Proficiency with Autodesk REVIT and 3D graphic software
• Attention to detail and ability to examine drawings for conformity and errors
• Excellent oral communication and excellent written communication; organized and a team player
