Key Responsibilities

• Produce architectural plans for various styles of residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and planning teams to coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.
• Work directly with clients or contractors to meet design expectations.
• Utilize SketchUp to create 3D models and drawing packages.

Minimum Requirements

• BCIN Qualification in Legal, Small Buildings & Structures.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as an architectural designer.
• Experience preparing permit drawing packages to OBCT Part 9.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM with SketchUp.
• Class G Ontario Driver's License.
• Ability to work initially in the office.
• Engineering Technician (2-year) diploma.
• Interest in construction and engineering.
• Technical drawing skills with AutoCAD required.
• Experience with SketchUp and Layout is an asset.
