Duties Include:
- Lead and oversee a team of cleaning and maintenance staff by assigning tasks, setting efficient work schedules, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate directly with clients to assess service needs, provide cost estimates, and tailor service plans based on site-specific requirements.
- Support onboarding and training of new staff members, ensuring they are familiar with safety practices, operational standards, and job expectations.
- Monitor and inspect worksites to confirm compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards before initiating any service tasks.
- Oversee and participate in specialized services including window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, high dusting, seasonal installations (e.g., Christmas lights), and snow removal.
- Utilize appropriate ladder systems and access tools to perform detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas both inside and outside of buildings.
- Maintain open communication with clients by reporting any safety concerns or maintenance issues, such as damaged gutters or roof tiles, and suggesting follow-up services when needed.
- Contribute to administrative functions such as estimating project costs, tracking expenses, coordinating with other departments, and handling payments for specialized work as necessary.
Please note, this job involves maneuvering and working on 24′ – 32′ ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions. During the winter months your shift may begin as early as 4am due to our snow removal operations.
Requirements:
- Previous related cleaning experience and proven leadership/supervisory experience is required.
- Experience working at heights
- Experience using excel and working with a CRM.
- Customer service experience, and experience operating heavy machinery is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide training and guidance.
- Reliable, hardworking with a focus on upholding company quality standards.
- Positive attitude with the ability to problem solve and adapt as needed
- Strong Manual Dexterity and agility is a must.
- Strong ability to kneel, reach, climb and balance.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.

- Wage: starting at $36.60/hour
- Permanent, full-time position.
