Job summary

Alliance Maintenance in Vancouver is seeking a reliable building cleaner to maintain clean and presentable interiors and exteriors of residential strata properties. You will clean high-traffic areas, empty trash, sanitize restrooms, and keep entrances clear.

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–1:30 PM plus Saturdays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Training is provided on-site, cleaning supplies are provided, and health benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate in English.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Open to cleaning light biohazard waste.
• Ability to use a smartphone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
• Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
• Responsible for exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.
