Build & Release Manager for Applications Development Team (Android & iOS):

Responsibilities include:

• Plan release cycles, milestones
• Manage risks and resolve issues that may affect a release
• Coordinate with various teams – test and development
• Negotiate, plan and execute all release related activities
• Be well-versed in Continuous Integration systems like Jenkins
• Be aware of build tools like Maven, Gradle, Make, Xcode
• Manage code branching/merging and other SCM admin tasks
• Work towards improving the release process continually
• Develop scripts and automation for building, testing, and deploying software
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Stash, Confluence, Artifactory
• Experience in Android and iOS builds
• Administer Linux and Mac build machines
• Use GitHub (hosted instance, not internal version)
• Utilize Ops Works for Engage web
• Manage HockeyApp for iOS and Android mobile apps
• Use TestFlight for iOS mobile app testing
• Use Google Play beta for Android mobile app testing
• Create custom shell scripts and perform manual operations
• Handle InstallShield for Uplink desktop application
