What You’ll Do

• Prepare bubble tea, specialty drinks, and light snacks according to recipes and quality standards.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and dining area.
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and customer inquiries.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily opening/closing tasks.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
