Job summary

First Student in Battleford, SK is hiring a school bus driver to transport students safely to and from school on a year-round route dedicated to special needs adults. You will operate a vehicle, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, and assist students boarding and exiting.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid license for at least 1 year, and pass medical and background checks.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• At least 21 years old.
• Great customer service skills with patience and empathy.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Undergo & pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination & Background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses along a route to transport students safely.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus.
